City Councilman Peter Vallone Jr. with Councilwoman Elizabeth Crowley and Community Board 9 District Manager Mary Ann Carey rallied on Saturday to protest the city Design Commission’s recent decision to relocate The Triumph of Civic Virtue statue to Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn from its current location near Queens Borough Hall.
